Shipping Policy

We have the right to update packaging and package contents that are of greater or equal value for out of stock filler items.

Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

If your shipping destination (or anywhere in between) is warmer than 50 degrees F we add on a minimum of $3.99 on to your order which includes our high heat insulation and ice packs to protect your shipment.

We ship most our orders signature release. This means that while your order may not require a signature to be accepted, since it is perishable, we request that you have someone at your destination to receive the package.

Please be advised that we DO NOT ship packages to PO Boxes. Our packages can ONLY be shipped to a physical location where the recipient will be present.

We cannot fully guarantee shipping to hospitals, hotels, resorts or schools. It is up to the discretion of the delivery driver as to whether or not is safe to leave the package.

The buyer is responsible for providing a valid shipping address. If the shipment is returned because of an invalid address, the buyer will be charged an address correction and package intercept fee of $15 to any package that requires changes once it has left our facility.

Neither The Chocolate Chisel nor our delivery service is responsible for a shipment(s) once it has been delivered to the given address.

Product(s) damaged in shipment will be replaced. Buyer may be required to assist us in filing a claim with delivery service. Claims must be approved before replacement is issued.
